The lack of sleep is really messing with my ability to remember my dreams. Sadly I am not sure how to fix that at this point. I have to keep the schedule I have until mid May.

Here is why I think astral projection is BAD. One, the astral plane is FULL of demons and bad spirits. Yes, the dead stays here to, but that is why you shouldn’t even think about astral projection. You will not benefit from this at all. This is why in the bible (I believe in the old testament), that God tells us not to communicate with the dead…PERIOD..because he knew the dangers in the astral world. Once, I was really stressed out, and my spirit temperally disconnected from my body, and it was a wierd and scary. I kept hearing this loud noises and saw black shadows. If you want to connect with your body. you need to meditate. Dont do astral projection.

I do tend to not remember my dreams unless I am sick or if I am having a real tough time with something. So usually my dreams are the kind you do not want to remember but I would like to remember others, especially the nice ones.

Hopefully the new job doesn’t exhaust you too much - I am really looking forward to your posts on Astral projection. When I was younger I experimented a lot, but no success.

Most of the time, I don’t remember my dreams at all. I feel that when I do, it inspires me during the day. I once tried writing my dream on a notepad as I wake up, and it helped me to remember much more.
