Long time no posting

It has been a while since I posted here.

Part of it comes from the loss of momentum in dream recall, part of it in a recent change of jobs that I did.

The new job absorbs all of my time and energy so I have no time left, even to do the slightest posting. Also, I slacked in my dream recall (I will post the numbers later).

It is so true what some commenters say: the hard thing is to keep at it after the initial success. Dream recall for me is not the ultimate goal. It is only the stepping stone to lucid dreaming and to be able to explore the astral realm. But for this a prolonged effort is very needed.

In my case, it goes with very high ups and very deep lows. Well, the trick is to keep the lows short and to prolong the highs. Sounds easy enough ;-)

To the Astral.

    I am new to this site and to the whole subject of Astral Projection, travel etc. Is there a specific place on this site where I should start?

    I do have one question, I don’t know if this is the right place to ask it, is Astal Projection dangerous?

    Its understandable, it happens to me too. I think it happens to everyone. I think if the success keeps going, it is alot easier to try and do the posts, and what not.

    Hi John,

    the site is still in development, so there is nothing on astral projection yet. However, AP should not be dangerous. We do it every night, we just do not remember it.

    Blogging is extremely nice, but there are things in life that we also must do and sometimes it is very hard to keep in touch with your favorite blog. Updating needs time and passion - it is what it is :)

    Hopefully the new job doesn’t exhaust you too much - I am really looking forward to your posts on Astral projection. When I was younger I experimented a lot, but no success.

    Here is why I think astral projection is BAD. One, the astral plane is FULL of demons and bad spirits. Yes, the dead stays here to, but that is why you shouldn’t even think about astral projection. You will not benefit from this at all. This is why in the bible (I believe in the old testament), that God tells us not to communicate with the dead…PERIOD..because he knew the dangers in the astral world. Once, I was really stressed out, and my spirit temperally disconnected from my body, and it was a wierd and scary. I kept hearing this loud noises and saw black shadows. If you want to connect with your body. you need to meditate. Dont do astral projection.
