Dream count: month 3
Posted by admin on Sep 3, 2008 in dream recall, dreams, remember dreams • 13 commentsAs said in my last post about how many dreams I remembered, I’m going for the steady improvement and I managed to do it!
The plot with the statistics is shown here below (for a detailed explanation on how it is constructed, see this page).

This month again, I managed to increase the number of dreams I remembered (20->24) and the total of days on which this happened (11->16). I am now back at the same level I had when I first started to see the momentum that was generated from starting this blog.
This actually makes me very happy. The more since I know discovered a few pitfalls and how to avoid them. Last time I got over enthusiastic and this led to a over heating, which then resulted in a steep decline.
This time, I took the more gentle approach and tried to improve little by little. This works better for me and I feel much more in control. I just need to keep up with my practices and this is apparently enough to make progress. By this I mean that I did not intensify my practices in any way.
I hope that next month, I will have even better results to show.

Dreams have always fascinated me, not that I have done much to help me remembering my dreams. Good to get some guideance here on this blog.
Good job! Slow but steady is the best course, it sounds like.
I remember about 2-3 dreams a week. Its really bad and I’m not sure why… My fiance remembers her dreams every night. Any tips on what I could do to remember them better?
Hi Jesse, look around the blog, It is full with those kind of tips :-). On the left, there are tags, choose the remember dreams tag.
nice work! your dream come true
Every person becomes very happy when she or he is dreaming about, as to me I remeber 100 dreams and wishes
I always remember my dreams. Some of them I forget after few hours, but I always know what was going on when I wake up. But I never give them so much thought, to be honest.
I never seem to remember my dreams. I might remember that I was anxious or scared or having fun. But I rarely if ever remember sharp details.
I remember my dreams VERY well every since I’ve switched to a raw food diet. I attribute this to how light and clear I feel. It truly is amazing.
@Belleville
That is very interesting what you say there. I do not dare going raw, although it attracts me.
I’ve recently been investigating vitamin B complexes. It gives interesting results. I’ll post about it when I have more data.
That’s a very impressive recall rate. I always find that as soon as someone speaks to me or I have to remember something else I instantly forget my dreams.
Great job,,,i cant remember the dreams not even for the same day….
Really good job and thanks for sharing it.
